• Identification and contact data: name, email, phone.
• Project location: postcode and town.
• Installation data you provide: project type, spend/consumption and, if you attach it, your bill (PDF).
• Technical browsing data if you consent to measurement cookies.

To handle your study request and the related commercial contact (replying, preparing the study, calling or emailing you). If you separately consent, also to send you commercial communications from enex ingeniería.

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you submit the form and tick the box. Consent for commercial communications is independent and can be withdrawn at any time.

We keep your data for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the legally required periods. For marketing, until you withdraw consent.

We do not sell your data. To provide the service we work with the following processors:

• Web3Forms — form submission processing.
• Airtable — request management (CRM).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Google — only if you enable measurement cookies.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or applicable adequacy frameworks).

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction by writing to info@ingesener.es. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
