What exactly do I pay?

Who owns the installation?
During the contract we operate and maintain it. At the end, it becomes yours at no cost.
Who covers breakdowns?
We do, for the whole term of the contract. The plant is our responsibility —including maintenance, insurance and repairs— until it becomes yours.
Can I buy it before the contract ends?
Yes. We agree an early purchase option in the contract, with a price that drops each year as the plant pays off.
