Do all neighbours have to take part?
No. Those who want can join and the rest can come in later. The split adjusts to who participates.
Who maintains the shared installation?
We define it with the community. We offer a maintenance contract with our own technicians.
How is the saving split?
By coefficients agreed at the meeting. They can be fixed or dynamic depending on each home’s consumption.
What rules govern collective self-consumption?
RD 244/2019, with the proximity distance through the grid extended to 5 km (RDL 7/2026). It lets a single installation be shared among several nearby consumers or those with the same cadastral reference. We verify your building qualifies before proposing anything.
How long does the whole process take?
The slowest part is usually the owners’ meeting, not the work. Once approved, the installation is done in a few days and the paperwork with the grid operator takes a few weeks.
