What you usually ask.
I live in a community, can I install my point?
Yes. By law you just need to notify the community. We do the common pre-installation and your individual point with its own metering.
Do I need to increase my contracted power?
Not always. Dynamic management shares the available power to avoid trips, so often it isn’t necessary.
Can it charge on solar only?
Yes, we set up solar charging mode so it primarily uses your PV surplus.
Does the charging point need a certificate?
Yes, and we issue it. A charging point is an electrical installation that must comply with the REBT (ITC-BT-52) and be legalised. We leave it registered and compliant.
How long does it take to charge the car?
It depends on power: a single-phase 7.4 kW point charges an average car overnight; a three-phase 11–22 kW one, in a fraction of that. We choose it based on your car and your installation.
