Electrical systems, always in shape.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations for buildings, shops, warehouses and homes: inspections, thermography, boards and certificates, by an authorised installer.
Electrical boards age, protections drift and connections loosen over the years. In a building or a business that means outages, nuisance trips and fire risk. Preventive maintenance avoids it — and leaves a paper trail showing the installation is in order.
Board thermography
We find abnormal heating in boards and lines before it causes a failure or a fire.
Protections verified
RCDs, breakers and earthing checked with calibrated instruments.
Paperwork in order
Certificates and REBT compliance work whenever the installation needs it.

Our own qualified staff. The same crew for preventive and corrective work.

The data that matters.
What you usually ask.
Is my building required to have its electrical installation checked?
Common installations must be kept safe, and certain installations are subject to periodic inspections. We tell you what applies to your building and document it.
What is thermography and why does it matter?
A thermal-camera inspection that reveals connections and components running hotter than they should — the classic early warning of a failure or fire risk.
Do you also do the repairs?
Yes. Corrective work is done by the same in-house crew that does the preventive visits, with a quote first.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes. We are an authorised installer (RII 29036373) and issue whatever official documentation your installation requires.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes, it’s one of our usual profiles: a maintenance plan per building, a report after every visit and a single technical contact.
